Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as personal care products or items marked as final sale, cannot be returned for hygiene or clearance reasons.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact returns@earthzen.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos for verification.
